Life Without Smoke !

Well, here we are, just three days into the smoke free pub zone in Oslo. For anyone who does not know, it became illegal to smoke in pubs and bars in Norway from 1st June. The move was generally well received by Norwegians and the rest of the world has applauded Norway's bold action. As a non-smoker, I am pleased by this decision, as I believe that nobody should have to be exposed to second hand smoke in any public place, particularly bars. However, not everyone agrees with Oslopubs, so send us a mail and let us know what you think. We may even publish your views here on the site. Oslopubs will be off to Madrid this coming weekend to check out the Spanish pub scene, so visit the site sometime next week to see how things went and to take a look at the pubs that we added. Meanwhile, Euro 2004 is coming up and I hope that any Norwegians out there will be cheering for England ! You surely won't be supporting Sweden will you ??? Coments to the Webmaster please :-)
