  I owe a lot to this particular restaurant because it opened my eyes as to how good lamb and chicken really can be. For years I had been eating lamb in particular, which had the texture of something that had been produced by Good Year. However, one visit to this place changed my expectations forever more. If Kabul can do it, then why not everyone else ? If you come here, my recommendation would have to be the Kabul Combination Kebab which is a skewer of lamb and a skewer of chicken served with pillaw rice. At just 16 Dollars this is a bargain, believe me. They have a great selection of appetizers too and the Bulanee and Aushak have to be recommended. If there's two or more people in your party, why not ask them to serve you a mixed plate of appetizers which gives you the opportunity to taste all of their appetizers for a very reasonable price. The restaurant is located on West El Camino in Sunnyvale, so it's a real short trip from San Jose, Santa Clara and Cupertino. They have a thriving lunch business where you can order dishes off the main menu too. The restaurant has a good wine selection, but in these days of uncertainty, why not take your own wine, which you may consume upon payment of a modest corkage fee. Prepare to be amazed at what these guys can do with lamb !
